Running Duck of the Summer

Traverse the harsh duck world with stretchable legs!

A lonely duck runs away (and can’t stop running away) from his old house that magically caught itself on fire out of thin air for no reason. Help him dodge any and all obstacles that stand in his way and find out what happens at the end of his long, hard journey. After you complete the game the first time, collect all the cookies and reach for a better ending!

Controls:

Down arrow key/1/Z: Size 1 (Normal)

Left arrow key/2/X: Size 2 (Medium)

Up arrow key/3/C: Size 3 (Large)

Right arrow key: “Easy Mode” (Slows you down, plus other “fun” bonuses)

Enter (on cutscenes): Exit the cutscene and play the level!

This game was created for the “I can’t draw” jam hosted by charlmes. Check out all of the other submissions here! Maybe you’ll like the games there more than this one ;)

The purpose of this jam was to create something with poor graphics, which is why this game looks like butt. Hope you don’t mind, though!
